Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in single-family rental homes to support resident comfort and safety.

Key Duties

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment
• Troubleshoot heating and cooling issues, identify root causes, and complete repairs
• Replace faulty components and make necessary system adjustments
• Respond to resident service requests and restore equipment to proper working order
• Document completed work in the maintenance tracking system
• Follow safety procedures and EPA regulations for refrigerants and related work
• Collaborate with local operations teams to support property needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Practical HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and HVAC components
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with EPA guidelines
• Ability to accurately document work and communicate effectively
