Maintenance Technician

Handyman Technician for on-site multifamily community maintenance.

In this role, you will:

• Complete resident work orders and respond to urgent maintenance needs
• Perform routine building and unit maintenance
• Prepare apartments for move-in
• Handle basic repairs across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and minor HVAC work
• Ensure units and common areas remain safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Document completed work accurately in the maintenance system

Key qualifications/skills: hands-on maintenance experience, ability to troubleshoot and repair common issues, strong attention to safety and quality, and reliable documentation skills.
