Sleep Expert provides a personalized, consultative sales experience to help customers find ideal sleep solutions. You will guide shoppers through product selection by explaining features, benefits, and available financing options for mattresses, pillows, bed frames, and bedding.

You will:

• Conduct customer-focused consultations to recommend the right sleep products.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the full product range and explain key benefits.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to support repeat business.
• Work collaboratively to meet sales goals.
• Maintain an inviting, well-presented showroom.
• Support the sales process with strong communication and consultative skills.
