Supervise retail production operations and assigned departments to support sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct, coach, and manage production and department staff to meet business needs.
• Ensure merchandise is properly processed, priced, signed, and handled according to standards.
• Maintain accurate attendance and safety records.
• Resolve associate concerns and support team effectiveness.
• Oversee store exterior upkeep and related presentation requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Two years of progressive retail experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising processes (processing, pricing, signage).
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain documentation (attendance/safety).
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
